Entrepreneurship Studies Reentry Program
The Entrepreneurship Studies Reentry Program (ESRP) is a structured, curriculum-based entrepreneurship training program designed for incarcerated and justice-impacted individuals.
The program uses a self-guided ebook curriculum. The self-directed complete course is also available. It includes the eBook, a video book for each chapter visualizing every principle, quizzes, student workbook and business creation resources. A facilitator workbook is optional. All available to help participants develop income-generating strategies, business concepts, and practical reentry plans.

ESRP is a promising, evidence-informed program aligned with entrepreneurship-based reentry models such as Defy Ventures, Inmates to Entrepreneurs and Prison Entrepreneurship Program.
The program incorporates:
Structured curriculum delivery
Action-oriented skill development
Cognitive and behavioral skill building
Focus on income generation as a pathway to reducing recidivism

FAITH BASED COMPONENT
The program DOES include faith-informed principles as a motivational framework. Participation in any faith-based content is voluntary and does not impact access to program services.
